• How do I connect my ZP Mini to my smartphone?
- Click on the icon at the top left corner, and select settings
- Under settings, You will see the terminal type: select ZP Mini
- Put on the terminal. Then go to connect a card reader, it will show “no paired device, order or pair a new terminal"
- Click on pair, it will search and show you the list of available card readers
- On the phone, it will show, ZirooQ 00****, select the one that corresponds with the last 4 digits at the back of your terminal
- Click on it and it will ask for a verification code
- Input the verification code sent to your mail
- When it says bond successfully, Please Go to Agency, Click on Cash out
- Enter 1000, choose a bank account type, and click on start transaction
• How do I troubleshoot setup errors?
- Can't get terminal info: This is usually due to low RAM on the mobile device.
- Resolution: Free up space on your phone RAM and storage by deleting some files you do not need, then try reconnecting the terminal again after restarting the phone.
- Can't activate terminal contact technical support: This is usually due to poor internet connection or wrong verification code.
- Resolution: Check your internet connection is stable and confirm that you're entering the correct verification code, then try again.
- Can't connect over Bluetooth: This will display when the terminal is off when trying to connect.
- Resolution: Confirm the terminal is on and try again.
- The device already paired: This will display when you try to pair an already paired terminal.
- Resolution: Go to settings of the app, under connect a Card reader, Select the device name (ZirooQ ***) and wait for it to say BOND SUCCESSFULLY WITH ZP MINI.
• How do I connect my ZP Mini to previously connected phone?
- Click on the icon at the top left corner, and select settings
- Under settings, You will see the terminal type: select ZP Mini
- Put on the terminal. Then go to connect a card reader. Under paired device, it will show, ZirooQ 00****, and Pair.
- Select the one that corresponds with the last 4 digits at the back of your terminal.
- If it asks for a verification code; Enter the Verification code sent to your email address at the initial point of connection/ Terminal ID on the Cash Out receipt.
- When it says bond successfully with ZP mini, Please Go to the agency, Try a cash-out transaction.
• How do I connect my A75 Android POS?
- Click on the icon at the top left corner, and select settings
- Under settings, You will see the terminal type: select A75
- Then go to connect a card reader, It will show “no paired device, order or pair a new terminal"
- Click on pair, it will ask for the verification code: then input the verification code sent to your mail.
- When it says bond successfully Please Go to Agency, Click on Cash out
- Enter 1000, choose a bank account type, and click on start transaction
• What kind of transaction can I do on the ZirooPay App?

- How do I perform cash withdrawal? (Cashout)
- Open the application on your device. Click on “Sign in” to input your username and password.
- Follow the procedure to connect for the device you are working with (ZP Mini or A75)

- How do I perform cash deposit? (Bank transfer)
- Open the application on your device. Click on “Sign in” to input your username and password.
- Follow the procedure to connect for the device you are working with (ZP Mini or A75).
- When it says bond successfully, Please Go to Agency, Click on 'BANK TRANSFER'. Enter Amount, Choose Beneficiary's Bank. Write the Beneficiary's Account Number. Write Sender's Name or a Message for reference. Click on 'Continue'

- How do I make a sale?
- Click on Make a Sale. Then Click on the + sign showing at the bottom right part of the screen.
- Follow the procedure to connect for the device you are working with (ZP Mini or A75)
- Click on Check out. Click on Charge. Select payment method, Cash or Card. Choose the Account type. Then, click on 'Continue' to start transaction
- How do i edit my product on the application?
- On the app, there is an icon on the top left corner, click on it
- Then click on 'Edit Products', then under 'Edit Products', there is a + sign showing at the bottom right part of the screen.
- Click on the + sign. Input the product name. Input the fixed amount for the product. Input the VAT rate if necessary. Repeat the process to add multiple products.
